  • sirloin steak (sliced)

  • zucchini (halved and thinly sliced)

    Adjust oven rack to top position and preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and dry all produce.

    Toss zucchini on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil , italian seasoning , salt , and black pepper . Place garlic on same sheet.

    Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add button mushrooms ; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy ⏱️ 5 minutes . Season with salt and pepper. Turn off heat; transfer to a paper-towel-lined plate. Wash out pan.

    Once zucchini is tender, transfer to a bowl with grape tomatoes ; toss to combine.

    While flatbreads toast, melt butter in pan used for mushrooms over medium-high heat. Add flour , garlic powder , and remaining Italian seasoning. Whisk constantly until lightly browned ⏱️ 30 seconds .

    Once roasted garlic is done, carefully transfer to a cutting board and roughly chop.

    Broil flatbreads until cheese melts ⏱️ 1 minute . TIP: Watch carefully to avoid burning. Top flatbreads with cream cheese , mozzarella cheese , sirloin steak , mushroom mixture, zucchini-tomato mix, chopped roasted garlic, and chives . Sprinkle with chili flakes if desired.
